Shipping

All items are delivered to you by Fedex courier. Your order will have to be signed for.

If your order is received before 2pm we will send out the same day for next day delivery.

For UK delivery there will be a delivery charge of £8.00. If you spend £500 or more delivery is free. Please note this charge is for UK delivery only, if you are ordering from outside the UK please note when you e-mail or telephone through your order we will inform you of the delivery charge details before processing.

Returns

All our items are thoroughly checked before dispatch, however, if you find an item to be faulty, please contact us within 5 days to obtain a reference number and to arrange an exchange or refund.

Please note that once you have received the returns details from us you must send all items back by recorded delivery, we also suggest that you keep a receipt for your records.

If you wish to return your item please e-mail us so we can issue you with a returns reference number and full address details.
