Terms of Business

We are open between the hours of 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, any orders taken outside of these hours will be processed the next working day.
 
We accept payment by bank transfer or Paypal. Payment for all orders must be paid for in full before we will despatch items. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are in violation of our Terms of Business.
 
We aim to process and despatch your order within 24 hours. When you submit an order via telephone, email or post, it is not binding until we have informed you that the order has been accepted and full payment has been made. All products supplied by IOS Games will remain our property until such items have been paid in full.
 
We will deliver your order via Fedex courier and if your order has been placed by 2pm it will be delivered the next day. International delivery will be approximately 3-4 days. Please be aware we will try our best, even in adverse weather conditions to get your order to you in time, if we feel for any reason there will be a delay, we will contact you immediately.
